Located 200 meters from the Peyrou Gardens, the Hotel du Palais is situated in the heart of historical center since 1870 next to the famous Place de la Canourgue.

For almost 40 years, we’ve been welcoming you with warmth and friendliness. Here we have a family atmosphere and the best compliment you could give us is to say that you feel at home.

With a lovely terrace where it is good to bask, our small establishment charms you first with its beautiful facade and refined balconies.

Then its beautiful typical staircase leads you to personalized rooms decorated in pastel colors.

The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Place de la Comedie and 10 minutes from Corum and Montpellier train station Saint-Roch.

The nearest airport is Montpellier – Mediterranee Airport, 9 km from the hotel.
Our Breakfast
We propose breakfast with locally sourced products, fresh and homemade. 

Breakfast is served from 7am to 11pm everyday.

As soon as the nice weather arrives, you may enjoy dining on our lovely terrace which has an excellent view of the architectural feat, Coquille de Montpellier.

Ideally located 200 meters from the gardens of Peyrou and 20 meters from the Place de la Canourgue, our hotel is in the heart of Montpellier Ecusson. At the arrival of the beautiful days, come and enjoy our lovely terrace facing the famous Coquille de Montpellier.

Secure Parking Nearby

Leave your car in one of the nearby secure car parks (rue Foch and rue Pitot) and live the city by foot. We have a special agreement with two surrounding carpark: Effia Arc de Triomphe located 150m from the hotel at 14€ per 24 hours and with the Pitot car park located at 400m at 10 € per 24h in weekday only.

Ideally located in the heart of Montpellier, it is a family hotel, a real little gem. All the rooms have a warm and personal decoration. The breakfast is delicious, everything is home made And the welcome! Nathalie is adorable and goes out of her way to satisfy her customers with always a kind word and an attention. Her staff is just like her, very welcoming and dedicated. I can't imagine going anywhere else in Montpellier. Thanks to you this kind of hotel does not exist anymore and it is so nice.
